And Conditions, we may refer to ourselves as 'we', 'us' or 'our'. These terms and conditions may by updated from time to time, this version was last updated on 31/07/2023. You can find the most up to date terms and conditions, on this page, at any time.

By visiting our website and/or placing an order with us, you are
agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, alongside any other terms and conditions or policies which are set out. These terms apply to all service users of our site.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and/or placing an order with us, you are representing the fact that you are over the age of 18
years.

Our website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform and tools which means we are able to fulfil our needs as a small business, and to enable us to be able to provide goods/services
to our consumers, through their tools.

Section 1 – Use Of Website


At Scrunchie Up Your Life, we reserve the right to refuse service, to anyone for any reason.
By placing an order or signing up for an account with Scrunchie Up Your Life you are representing the fact that you are over the age of
18 years.
You must ensure that all details you provide to us are detailed and correct.
If you have any changes please contact us as soon as possible, via our email (enquiries@scrunchieupyourlife.co.uk) or by using the contact form on the contact us section of the website.

Section 2 – Orders
Through our website you are able to place orders for our goods.
During the checkout process you will need to input your contact
details, as well as delivery and billing information. Make sure that you check all of the information provide at this stage is correct and accurate, as failure to do so may result in orders being sent incorrectly through no fault of Scrunchie Up Your Life.
Once you have placed an order, you will automatically be sent an
order confirmation via email, this just means that we have received
your order. You order will be accepted once you have received a follow up email, stating that your order has been sent.

If we are unable to fulfil you order (due to a product being out of stock, or delivery/billing being unverified, or an error in pricing or description of our product, etc) your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
We retain the right to refuse goods or services, to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Please be aware that due to screen/monitor variations, the products you receive may vary compared to the images on our website. Please note that the size of the item may also vary due to the natural of handmade products.
Whilst we have taken great care in ensuring that all information
provide is accurate and the the best of our knowledge, sometimes the information may be incorrect.

Section 3 – Payments
During the checkout process you will be asked to provide your payment information, please ensure that all information during this process
is correct and accurate. For our payments, we may work with third parties to enable you to make your purchase.

Section 4 – Gift Cards
Gift cards will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (e.g.
if purchased 01/08/2023, the gift card will expire 31/07/2024). Our
gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be resold. You will not be able to purchase a new gift card with an existing gift card. When the balance on a gift card is more than the order, you will not receive the remaining balance in a monetary value, however the credit will be
retained on the gift card.

Section 5 – Discount Codes
We may use discount codes within our website, to bring our customers the best deals. Please ensure that if you are using a discount code, that you have applied it during the checkout process, we are unable
to process the discount code onto your order after checkout.
You will only be able to use one discount code at checkout, at this discount code will not apply towards delivery charges.
If you return an item brought with a discount code, your refund will be processed at the discounted price.
We may withdraw, extend or amend any discount code, at any time.

Section 6 – Delivery

We aim to dispatch all
orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) after receiving payment. The service that
these will be sent by depends on the service of postage selected at the checkout. The delivery date will vary depending on the service of postage selected. Please note that this may vary during the busy posting periods. We are unable to accept responsibility for any delay
to the timescale and will not be able to refund any postage which has been paid, due to the delays. 

If your order has not
been delivered within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can help you further.

If for any reason an order is returned to us (such as not being collected from a sorting
office, or after 3 attempts of delivery or any circumstance which is out of our control) we will not resend the order unless the postage is paid again by the customer, or we will issue a refund minus the cost of original delivery. 

Section 7 – Returns

If once you have received your order, you have changed your mind within the first 14 days, please contact us
at enquiries@scrunchieupyourlife.co.uk or by using our websites contact us form, where we will be able to assist you with your return. Please be aware that the order will need to be returned to us at your own cost. All items being returned, must be returned to us in the same condition which they were originally sent out in, as well as still being new and unused. Once we have received the items back and they have been inspected, we will be able to issue a refund for the cost of the items, as long as the items are in the same condition.

Please note that where a return is sent back to us, we are not responsible to any return which we do not receive. In this circumstance it will be up to the buyer to seek a claim from the company they have sent
the return with.

If an item is faulty then it can also be returned within the first 14 days. Please contact us at enquiries@scrunchieupyourlife.co.uk, so we can assist you. We will aim to exchange or refund any faulty item, if after we have received the item back, there is in fact a fault.

Section 8 – Limitation Of Liability

We cannot guarantee or represent that our website will have no errors, work uninterrupted, in a timely and/or secure way.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that it is done so at your own sole risk. You agree to hold us harmless and not liable for any loss, claim, injury, any damage of any kind, including but not limited to lost savings, loss of data, or any other damages.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
Third-party links on this site may
direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any
other materials, products, or Services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made
in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims,
concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be
directed to the third-party.

We may also work with third parties to enable us to operate as a small business, by agreeing to the terms of service, you are agreeing to this.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively,
'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under
no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise
objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or
these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any
third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your
comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any
comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by
notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will
remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of
termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
